AMK9 Welcomes Director of Human Resources

American K-9 Detection Services, LLC (AMK9) is pleased to welcome Ms. Maria Randall as the Director of Human Resources (HR). Ms. Randall brings over twenty-five (25) years of extensive experience in leading HR Departments in diverse industries such as utilities, health care, financial services, and manufacturing. Ms. Randall comes to AMK9 from Draka Holding N.V. where she held the lead HR position of the U.S. operation and established centralized HR functions focused on efficiency and best practices.

Ms. Randall has held several HR titles such as Vice President of HR Services at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and Head of HR for Penn Central Corporation. While at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, Ms. Randall successfully led a system-wide consolidation of HR systems, pay practices, health, welfare, and retirement plans as twenty (20) hospitals and hundreds of physician practices (34,000 employees) merged into one (1) system. Ms. Randall also earned earlier experience in implementation of a major call center, network wide applicant tracking systems, succession planning, and large business staff management.

As a seasoned HR leader, Ms. Randall has extensive knowledge in payroll systems, compensation and benefits, as well as a substantial record in systems improvements and cost savings planning. In light of her many professional achievements, AMK9 is confident Ms. Randall is the ideal leader to reinforce continuous quality improvement efforts, as well as implementation of policies and procedures and cost reduction initiatives. AMK9 is excited to bring Ms. Randall in as the Director of HR and looks forward to the positive impact she will make as AMK9 continues to grow.
