Capabilities – Narcotics Detection
Narcotic Detection Dog (NDD) Teams are also known as drug dogs or drug sniffing dogs. NDD Teams are expertly trained to locate illicit narcotics. Because AMK9 is licensed by the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) to train on actual narcotics, our NDDs are able to find even trace amounts of expertly hidden narcotics or narcotic residue. NDD Teams are typically used by law enforcement officials to search vehicles, cargo, luggage, clothing, and/or any location suspected of containing illegal substances.
